Terms of Use

Effective August 9, 2026. These terms govern your use of Infinite Screenshot and the related developer website.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Infinite Screenshot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you are authorized to control.

3. Appropriate use

You are responsible for the content you capture and how you use or share it. Do not use Infinite Screenshot to violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright, contractual restrictions, platform rules, or applicable law. The existence of a capture feature does not grant permission to copy or distribute content you do not have a right to use.

4. Free and Pro features

The free version may include feature limits and advertising. Infinite Screenshot Pro is offered as a one-time digital purchase through Google Play and can unlock additional capture limits, advanced settings, higher JPG quality, pause/resume functionality for an active capture, greater app-gallery capacity, and removal of app ads. Features may evolve over time, provided purchased core functionality is treated in accordance with applicable law and store rules.

5. Purchases, billing, and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, payment methods, refund eligibility, and transaction processing may be governed by Google Play and applicable law. We do not receive your full payment-card information.

6. Availability and compatibility

Long-screen capture depends on Android behavior and the design of the app or page being captured. Some screens, secure content, custom scrolling interfaces, protected media, or device configurations may not capture or stitch perfectly. We do not guarantee compatibility with every app, website, device, or Android version.

7. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that captures will always be complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or content resulting from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-party services

The app may rely on Google Play, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Android platform services, and other third-party components. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date will be updated when revised terms are published. Continued use after an applicable update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
